Jess started her career at Everton Centre of Excellence where she competed in both the Under-14s and Under-16s age groups. She then went on to make her full debut in the 2008/2009 season against Millwall.
It wasn’t long before Jess was then called up for England Under-19s squad under Mo Marley. She was an important member of the squad when they won the European Championships in Belareus.
Jess unfortunately ruptured her ACL while playing for England Under-20s in 2010 at the World Cup and was kept out of action for 8 months.
She is now back and fully fit and will work hard to cement a place in the Leeds starting eleven.
