Steph Houghton returns to the England squad for the first time since her injury. "I am absolutely delighted to be back in the squad," she said. "I have worked hard to regain my fitness and it is starting to seem like all the hard work is  paying off now.

"I started my first game for Leeds in the fourth round of the cup against Bristol the other week and now I have my first call up since the injury. I never take anything for granted andeven though I knew there was going to be a big squad going it was a great boost and honour to be selected again. It will be good for me to train with the squad all week and then set me up for our game away to Liverpool on Sunday"
