England's continuing progress in the World Cup in China has meant a few changes to our fixture list for the next few weeks.
 England's women, featuring our own Sue Smith and Carly Telford, play the USA on Saturday 22 September (1pm kick-off, watch it live on BBC One), so the home game against Birmingham is postponed.
The FA Women's League Cup game against Liverpool, originally scheduled for Sunday 30 September, will now take place on Sunday 7 October, meaning that the away fixture at Charlton has also been postponed. The cup tie has been moved from Sunday 30 September, because four Leeds United Ladies players will be part of the England U19 squad, who are playing the same weekend. Our League programme is due to start on Thursday 11 October, with an away game against Everton. |
