Leeds United Ladies and England midfielder Sue Smith takes time out from the England World Cup training camp in Macau to answer a few questions emailed in to Sue via the Leeds United Ladies web site, If you have any more questions for Sue, Please send them in via the contacts page under players

Sue is keeping us up to date with a regular weekly dairy from China.

Evie from Ripon asked Sue Smith: How do you spend a typical day out there ?

Hi Evie, A typical day would consist of getting up around 9.30ish, at the moment as we are still trying to get used to the time difference ( china are eight hours ahead of England) we then have breakfast and a training session in the morning for a couple of hours either gym session or technical, after the training session we have lunch and then back out for an afternoon training session for another couple of hours. After all the hard work its back to the hotel to relax maybe a swim in the pool and then have an ice bath ( all recovery strategies) Later in the evening we have dinner and often a team meeting then usually chill out watching a dvd or having a chat..

Sarah from Leeds asked Sue Smith Have you got used to the food in Macau?

Hi Sarah, Yes the food in Macau has been fantastic which I am so glad about as when we were in China a few months ago with England we struggled with the food a little, (chicken head stew and things with Garlic for Breakfast..!!! alot of the British athletes come here before competing as the facilities including the hotel are 5star! the food is actually quite Portuguese, when we go to Shanghai we have a chef so fingers crossed that will be good also! It is so important to eat all the right foods and plenty of it, as with all the training we are doing we burn it off so quickly

Jade from York asked Sue Smith Have you had chance to go shopping yet?

Hi Jade, We are actually going shopping tomorrow into Macau town centre I have no idea what to expect but hopefully there will be some bargins..would be nice if we could go to Hong Kong shopping apparently that is fantastic.. We may have some time when we move to Shanghai..
