Leeds players will be performing on the big stages over the next few weeks as international games fill the gap between the domestic seasons.

On Saturday 19 June, England play Spain in a World Cup qualifier, with the winner almost guarenteed to win the group and enter the play-offs for next year’s Finals, in Germany.  In the squad are Jess Clarke, Laura Bassett, Ellen White and Sophie Bradley.

The Under 23s play a four-nation tournament against the USA, Sweden and Norway at the University of Warwick between 7 and 12 July, with Carly Telford, Sophie Bradley, Steph Houghton, Sophie Walton and Carla Cantrell in the squad and hoping to take part.

For the Under 20s, their Word Cup starts in Germany in mid-July, and the squad – about to start  an acclimatisation camp in La Manga – includes Mel Sutcliffe, Gemma Bonner and Jade Moore
